OKR Finance AI ("we", "us", "our") provides outsourced accounting and finance services. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle information in the course of that work.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry form (name, email, country, service interest, message).
• Any financial or business data you or your accounting platform shares with us once an engagement begins.

How your financial data is handled

We work inside your existing accounting platform (Xero, QuickBooks Online, MYOB, NetSuite, etc.) rather than exporting your data into a separate system of our own. Access is granted by you, is role-based, and can be revoked by you at any time. We do not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties.

Enquiry form submissions

When you submit our enquiry form, your details are sent to a Google Form we use to track new enquiries, and to our team's email inbox. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry.

Confidentiality

A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before any client engagement begins and before we access a single number in your books.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion of enquiry-form data we haven't yet acted on. Contact karam8930@gmail.com for any of these requests.
